Avoid frost problems
A closed frost protection system with temperature sensor indicates when the outside temperature falls below 2°C. The system then starts the pump to give a continuous water flow in the lances. This water is then collected and re-used. We make a distinction between a cold water and a hot water version.

Frost protection with closed system separate per box/system
The closed frost protection system per box/system comprises separate frost protection per box, with high pressure valves for the rinsing and brush lance. The lances are fitted with frost guns so they are protected fully independent of each other. This is perfect for countries where the temperature can fall to very low temperatures (down to -25°C).
Underground heating
Keep the washing boxes ice-free? No problem. The NEW 2000 self-service car wash can optionally be provided with underground heating without major adaptations. We fit the central heating boiler with an extra circulation pump that ensures the water supply from the central heating to the underground heating collector. Dangerous ice patches are then a thing of the past!
