Centralized and decentralized satellites
For a central disinfection equipment, a pressure unit and a foam barrel are placed in a technical room within the company premises. The chemical dosing is then guided completely by PLC all through the whole piping network towards the different tap-off points. In every space with tap-off point you can select:
- Foam cleaning
- Disinfection
- Rinsing
The chemical dosing within this central foam and disinfection equipment happens in the technical room.
If there is need for another chemical dosing and/or another kind of chemical to be used at more different places within the company to be cleaned, we recommend you to choose the decentral foam and disinfection equipment. The decentral foam and disinfection equipment is a hand-operated take-up station with 2 inputs for rinsing water and compressed air. Compressed air and rinsing water are sent to every space throughout the high-pressure piping network.
You can then select which task you want to perform by turning on the different taps:
- Rinsing
- Foaming
- Disinfecting
The application is possible between 20 and 150 bar.
