L43-DS

The L43-180, L43-400 & L43-DS machines are all single-disc machines, the brush or pad of which is driven by a motor with belt transmission. These machines are used for both cleaning and polishing activities and are very useful for synthetic and vinyl floors.
The L43-180, also called Low-Speed single-disc machine, runs at a low number of revolutions (180 rpm), and is principally used for the weekly scrubbing and the annual restoration (= stripping) of the floor.
The L43-400, on the contrary, also called High-Speed single-disc machine, runs at a high number of revolutions (400 rpm) and is mainly used for the daily maintenance and cleaning of the floor (= “polishing”).
The L43-DS is a combination of both machines, mentioned above. As a “Dual-Speed single-disc machine it is extremely fit for a wide range of cleaning activities.
The L43-single-disc machines are standard available without brush, pad holder, pads and chemical tank.

• A steel plate below the brush hood guarantees a regular distribution of the weight on the brush or the pad. This plate also protects the brush driving system. In order to create more brush pressure, a thicker plate is optionally available.
• Connecting or disconnecting of the brush or pad can be done without any tools.
• Thanks to the innovative locking system of the control handle, the operator can adjust the handle continuously at the right service level. This guarantees optimal ergonomics without tiredness.
