DiBO’s service policy grew out of its long experience as supplier for the industry, where a halt because of a breakdown is impossible. That is why the DiBO service system responds to this need from the beginning.

In our own establishments:

  • call centre
  • internal service department with well-trained service engineers for each speciality
  • external qualified engineers with their own equipped service vehicles, also for each speciality
  • replacement machines
  • big stock of parts
  • training for the DiBO dealers for FACP (First Aid with Cleaning Problems)

Export:

  • dealers are thoroughly trained by our own experts
  • electrical plans and parts lists can always be consulted online
